Secure online therapy in Colorado, Georgia, & Wyoming

How Virtual Therapy Works

Online therapy, sometimes called telehealth or teletherapy, works just like traditional in-office counseling but from the comfort and privacy of your own space.

We will meet using a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. Before our session, you will receive a private link. All you need is a reliable internet connection, a computer, tablet, or smartphone, and a private space you feel comfortable speaking freely.

Is online therapy secure and private?

Who can I see for online therapy?

Yes! Confidentiality is my highest priority. I use a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. Your sessions are never recorded and your personal data is fully encrypted. To protect your privacy, I conduct all sessions from a secure, private home office where I cannot be overheard. I encourage you to find a quiet, private space on your end as well.

Due to state licensing laws, I can only provide therapy to people who are physically located in the states I’m licensed in at the time of our session. I am fully licensed and can provide virtual therapy in:

Whether you are in Denver, Cheyenne, Atlanta, or anywhere else across those states, we can work together.
