Cost of Services

I believe in making therapy as accessible as possible, and I am able to take many different commercial insurances. I also have sliding scale pricing and can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement if you have out-of-network benefits.

My current out-of-pocket rate is $130 for a 45-55 minute session.

If this is not accessible for you, we can discuss a rate that would be manageable for you. I am now part of Open Path Psychotherapy Collectives network of providers to help make therapy more accessible for everyone.

Good Faith Estimate Notice

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.

Under the No Surprises Act (Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act), health care providers are required to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services, including psychotherapy services.

  • You will receive a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your first medical service or therapy session. You can also ask your provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.

  • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

  • Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
